5 Fashion Trends From Your Childhood That Should Never Resurface

This year has been all about trends from the ‘90s like jumpsuit, choker necklaces, and jelly sandals becoming popular again. Here are some fashion trends from our childhood that we hope never come back into style again, may these bizarre trends rest peacefully in the fashion graveyard!

1.Cargo pants

Everyone had a pair of these boys growing up. Bonus points if they had a zipper so you could turn them into cargo shorts!

2. Denim Mini Skirts

Denim skirts on their own were fine, but they always seemed to be paired with polo shirts, uggs, or, gasp, both, and for that reason, may they see the light of day again.

3. Beaded slippers

As quickly as this trend came in the mid-2000s, it was gone, and thankfully, these shoes haven’t been seen on people outside of their homes since.

4. Long sweaters

Especially when paired with the beaded slippers, it just looks like you left the house in your bathrobe accidentally.

5. Shrug Sweaters

Why didn’t we just wear long sleeve tops if we wanted our arms, and only our arms, covered?
