Tee Time! The 6 Best Places to go Mini-golfing in

Source: Groupon.com

What would a summer be without at least one round of miniature golf? This nostalgic outing may seem silly, but it is too much fun to be left off the vacation bucket list. It makes for a cute date or a friendly competition with your buds. Here are some cool Jersey spots for an awesome afternoon tee-time.

1. Dynamite Falls

The theme of this course is mining and the West. The holes are not too difficult, except for one with a narrow ramp over a pool of water. The only odd part is the talking skeleton at the end, but don’t worry about that guy. He’s bored, and is just trying to kill time.

2. Sunset Beach Golf

This is one of my favorite courses. It is practically on the beach, so the surrounding area is beautiful. All the holes are creative and fairly challenging. Play later in the evening to get the full effect.

3. Paramus Mini Golf

What a unique course! All the holes exhibit the best of New York and New Jersey, and doubles as a sightseeing tour. Don’t miss the Statue of Liberty, the Boardwalk and Abbott and Costello.

4. Tee Time Mini Golf

Without a doubt, this is the hardest course I have ever played on. Quite possibly, it’s the hardest in the whole state! It is on a rooftop, which is nice, but all of the holes are on metal surfaces, which make the ball roll very quickly. Don’t be alarmed if there is a flying ball or two…. Aside from that, enjoy the challenge!

Address: 239 96th St, Stone Harbor, NJ 08247

5. Castaway Cove

This pirate ship is a fun stop while strolling on the boardwalk. There are two courses, one above on the deck and one below. The décor gives the ship personality and the turning paths keep it interesting. Although both courses are exciting, I recommend the one “on deck” because you get a bit of a view!

6. Monster Mini Golf

This mini golf course is a super choice for rainy days since it’s indoors, but it’s so fun, I would go any day! The course is all in the dark and is lit only by the glowing decorations around the room. Oh, and don’t forget to wear white so you can glow under the black lights too!
